Accept Your First Payment
Payment links are the fastest way to accept crypto. Create a link, send it to your customer, and they pay with their preferred stablecoin.
-
Go to Payments
In the dashboard sidebar, open Payments → Transactions. Then click the Create Payment Link button. (Payments → Overview is the summary view: volume, balances and recent activity.)
-
Set the amount
Enter the payment amount in USD. Add a description so your customer knows what they’re paying for (e.g., “Website design deposit”).
-
Choose blockchain
Select which blockchain to accept payment on — Solana or an EVM chain (Ethereum, Base, Polygon). Your customer will pay with USDC or USDT on the selected chain.
-
Create the link
Click Create to generate your payment link. You’ll see:
- A shareable URL
- A QR code for in-person payments
- The amount and blockchain details
-
Share with your customer
Copy the link and send it via email, text, or social media. You can also download or display the QR code for in-person payments.
-
Customer pays
Your customer opens the link, connects their wallet (Phantom, MetaMask, etc.), selects a stablecoin, and confirms the transaction. The payment settles directly to your connected wallet.
-
Track the payment
The Transactions page updates in real-time. You’ll see the payment appear with:
- Transaction hash (on-chain proof)
- Customer wallet address
- Token and amount
- Timestamp
Payment fees
Section titled “Payment fees”Plirin charges a percentage-based transaction fee that depends on your pricing tier:
| Tier | Fee |
|---|---|
| Growth | 1.5% |
| Scale | 1.0% |
| Enterprise | Custom |
Accepting payments is an add-on, available from the Growth plan up. The free Starter tier is invoicing only and has no transaction fee, because it cannot take payments.
The fee is transparently shown to the customer at checkout and deducted from the payment amount.
