Hosted Invoice Page

When a customer clicks “Pay Now” in their invoice email, they’re taken to a hosted payment page on Plirin. This page is public — no account or login required.

The hosted page displays:

  • Your business name and logo
  • Invoice number and due date
  • Line item breakdown
  • Total amount due
  • Available payment tokens (USDC, USDT) and blockchain
  • A Pay button that connects their wallet
  • A Pay by card button, when you have connected Stripe and card payment is on for the invoice (see Card Payments)
  • Any files you chose to share, listed by name and size, each one a download (see Attachments). Anyone with the invoice link can open them, and files you keep internal are never listed

Below the invoice, the page can offer to keep the bill in a free Plirin bills inbox, so a customer’s bills from different Plirin merchants collect in one place:

  • A visitor who is not signed in sees Save to a free Plirin inbox, which emails a sign-up link to the invoice’s email address. The page says where it went; opening the link starts sign-up with that address locked in.
  • A signed-in member sees Save to my Plirin inbox, but only on an invoice sent to their verified account email by someone else. A merchant viewing their own invoice never sees it.

Both say, next to the button, that the merchant will see the customer uses a Plirin inbox: accepting a sender tells them that much.

It is shown only on live invoices that have a hosted page link and a properly formed customer email address (one stored with stray spaces does not count), never on test-mode invoices or drafts. For visitors who are not members, it appears only once Plirin has switched on the sign-up prompt. The same invoice emails carry a one-line pointer to it.

  1. Customer opens the payment link
  2. They connect their crypto wallet (Phantom, MetaMask, etc.)
  3. Select a stablecoin (USDC or USDT)
  4. Review the amount including any transaction fee
  5. Confirm the transaction in their wallet
  6. Payment is verified on-chain and the invoice is marked as paid

The hosted page displays your business name and logo as configured in Settings > Business Profile. This gives your customers a professional, branded experience.

  • Each invoice gets a unique URL (e.g., plirin.com/i/abc123)
  • Links remain active until the invoice is paid or voided
  • Paid invoices show a “Payment Complete” confirmation
  • Voided invoices show a “This invoice has been cancelled” message
