Business Profile & Branding

Your business profile determines how your company appears to customers across Plirin — on invoices, payment pages, and emails.

Navigate to Settings to update:

  • Business name — displayed on all customer-facing pages
  • Business email — reply-to address for invoice emails
  • Business address — appears on invoices and PDFs
  • Phone number — optional contact number on invoices

In Settings → Basic Info → Edit profile, choose your Default Currency. It is the starting currency for new invoices and products. Existing invoices and transactions keep the currency they were created in, and changing the default converts nothing.

Search the list by code or name, for example JPY or yen. It includes every currency Plirin supports for invoicing.

If you have stablecoin payments turned on, your default currency is also the currency of in-person sales and payment links, so it has to be one that settles on-chain: USD or EUR. Other currencies stay in the list, marked Invoice only and not selectable. You can still send any individual invoice in them. Choose its currency when you create the invoice.

To turn payments on, your default currency must already be USD or EUR. That applies however payments comes on: the Payments toggle, choosing a plan that includes payments now or at renewal, or a change made by Plirin support. If it isn’t, Settings → Payments tells you so and links you here to change it first.

The check applies only when the currency changes. Saving your profile with the default you already have always works, so you can keep editing your name, tax rate or bank details.

Every change is recorded in Settings → Audit Trail as Default Currency Changed, with the old and new currency, whether the new one settles on-chain, and whether payments were on at the time.

Upload your business logo in Settings > Business Profile. Your logo appears on:

  • Invoice PDFs
  • Hosted payment pages
  • Invoice emails

Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG. Recommended size: at least 200x200px.

Customize how your invoices look:

  • Logo — your business logo on the PDF header
  • Business address — your registered or mailing address
  • Footer text — optional custom message at the bottom of invoices

Settings > Invoicing > Customer statements is where you choose whether Plirin emails your customers a statement of account automatically, how often (monthly or weekly), which day, who receives one, and a default note. Saving it needs the merchant.profile.manage permission. It is part of the Growth and Scale plans and is being rolled out, so it may not be enabled on your account yet. See Customer statements.
