Product Catalog
The product catalog lets you maintain a library of your goods and services. Products can be linked to invoice line items for consistent pricing and optional inventory tracking.
Creating a product
Section titled “Creating a product”Navigate to Products and click Create Product. Enter:
- Name — the product or service name
- Description — details visible on invoices
- SKU — optional stock-keeping unit code
- Category — organize products by type
- Image — upload a product photo
- Active/Archived — control visibility
Using products in invoices
Section titled “Using products in invoices”When adding line items to an invoice, you can search and select from your catalog. The product name and description auto-fill, and if a price is linked, the unit price fills in too.
Inventory tracking
Section titled “Inventory tracking”Products with inventory tracking enabled show stock levels on the dashboard. When linked to an invoice line item, quantity is decremented on payment.
Pricing Models Fixed, tiered, and custom pricing for products, including default VAT rates.
Discounts & Promotions Discount an invoice by a percentage or a fixed amount.
